FY2021 KYOTEN “Advanced Bioinformatics Practical Course” will cover single cell data analysis in R 4.1 (RStudio, Seurat 4, Monocle 3).  The course will be held online (Zoom) and will be given in English.

Participation in the course requires:
(i) basic familiarity with R / RStudio
(ii) basic understanding of RNA-seq single cell technology
(iii) setting up own computational environment

scRNA-seq data processing in Seurat: QC, normalization, clustering and annotations

scRNA-seq data integration & differential expression in Seurat

Lecture 4: 28 February, 2022, 17:30–19:30
Introduction to scRNA-seq trajectory analysis using Monocle 3
