Become a Collaborator

April 1, 2024

Collaboration is central to our research, and we actively engage with partners across Japan and internationally, including researchers in Australia, the United States, Europe, and China. Our work spans a broad spectrum of cutting-edge topics, including the application of AI foundation models to gene regulatory network inference, clinical cancer research, the functional roles of long non-coding RNAs, and the modeling of intercellular communication through ligand-receptor interactions.

We are particularly interested in interdisciplinary collaborations that integrate computational biology, functional genomics, and clinical data to uncover mechanisms driving disease progression and therapeutic response. See more details for our current projects here.

We welcome new connections. If you share similar research interests or are exploring opportunities for collaborative work, feel free to get in touch.
