Broadly, our projects aim to understand biology at the molecular scale. Using state-of-the-art computational algorithms and a continually expanding high-performance computing platform we analyze both in-house and publicly available NGS and clinical data. We collaborate with clinicians, biologists, and AI researchers to tackle challenging questions and develop computational tools and pipelines, and ultimately advance disease treatment and improve human well-being.
