Keiko Tsuchiya (Ph.D.) is an associate professor of Faculty of Liberal Arts and International Studies, Graduate School of Urban Social and Cultural Studies, Yokohama City University, Japan.She received an MA in English Language Teaching from Nottingham Trent University (UK) and a PhD in Applied Linguistics from Nottingham University (UK).

Her research interest includes multimodal corpus analysis, healthcare interaction, Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), and English as a Lingua Franca (ELF) in institutional and academic settings.
