Modern Techniques for Proteomics
Pre-Congress Training Course
This training course intends to provide the opportunities for graduate students and young researchers of proteomics who wish to advance their knowledge and skills in proteomic studies. In this 4-day course, methods in sample preparation, workflow of mass spectrometry, electrophoretic and mass-spectrometric analysis of phosphoproteins and protein complexes will be introduced. Training will be in the forms of lectures, demonstrations and practices. Training course participants are strongly recommended to participate in the 12th HUPO World Congress which will be held from the 14th to 18th September 2013 at Pacifico Yokohama (registration fee required).
