Calcium vector protein (CVP) of Amphioxus is inferred to bind to a
target protein. In the model [76] of CVP, based on the crystal
structures of CAM and of TNC, a target _-helix is bound between the two
lobes of CVP and the disulfide bond linking _-helices E1 and F2 is
accommodated with no steric interference.
