Our diverse projects aim to understand biological phenomena at the molecular scale. We use state-of-the-art computational algorithms and a constantly growing high-end computational platform to analyze our own and public NGS and clinical data. Additionally, we provide support to clinicians and biology researchers by developing intelligent tools and reproducible pipelines, to advance disease treatment and improve human well-being.
