Calsensin (SENS) is expressed in some the peripheral neurons of
leech, Haemopsis sp., that fasciculate in a single axon tract. SENS
has 83 residues and both EF-hands bind calcium [88]. It co-purifies
with a 200kDa protein, not yet characterized.
