Thammasat University to Host 2012 Meeting
At the General Assembly of IACSC at USM in Penang, an announcement was formally made that the 2012 General Meeting would be hosted by Thammasat University. Dr. Payap of Thammasat University made a speech representing the next hosting institution. USM team made an ornamental plate to be handed over to the next host, on which engraved is a Latin phrase of "OMNIUM RERUM PRINCIPIA PARVA SUNT" that means "Everything has a small beginning."
