Announc."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A complete genome announcement article by Mori et al. has just been published in <em>Microbiology Resource Annoucements<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here again, the hybrid assembly technique using short-read and long-read sequencing data (provided by <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/gikenbio.com\/dnaanalysis\/ngs\/genome\/hybrid\/\" target=\"_blank\">the Bioengineering Lab. Co., Ltd.; \u751f\u7269\u6280\u7814<\/a>) was employed to reveal the complete genome of<em> Cupriavidus necator<\/em> strain KK10, a soil bacterium who can degrade azaarene (see our publications) and produce PHA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mori, J.
