The complete genome of a new strain of the marine bacterial genus Thalassospira, which was isolated from the coast of Nojima, was revealed using the hybrid assembly of short-read and long-read sequencing data (thanks to the Bioengineering Lab. Co., Ltd.; 生物技研).
